1. About Soup
Soup is a curated showroom and online shop offering antiques, found furniture, decorative objects, artworks, and other one-off or limited pieces. Many items are vintage, reclaimed, handmade, or otherwise marked by age, use, and irregularity.
2. Product information
We do our best to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. Because many of our pieces are vintage, antique, reclaimed, or one of a kind, variations in colour, texture, wear, patina, repair, and condition should be expected.
Measurements, finishes, and tones may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, light, and the nature of the materials themselves. Photographs form part of the product description.

3. Availability
All items are subject to availability. Because some pieces may also be offered through the showroom or other channels, an item may occasionally become unavailable before an online order is processed.
If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any amount paid for that item.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices should indicate whether VAT is included or excluded. If VAT applies, this should be made clear at checkout and on invoices. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before payment is completed. 5. Orders

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order is placed. This confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted in every case; if there is an issue with availability, pricing, shipping, or product information, we will contact you.

7. Shipping and delivery
We ship selected items domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery options depend on the size, weight, fragility, and destination of the item.
For certain pieces, especially furniture, oversized works, or particularly delicate objects, shipping may require a custom quote or specialist transport. In such cases, we may contact you after purchase to confirm the most appropriate delivery arrangement before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the item, destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, and specialist handling requirements.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges unless stated otherwise.
8. Risk and ownership
Ownership of goods passes to the buyer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer located in the EU and purchase online, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, that period generally runs from the day you or a person you nominate receives the goods. If the consumer was not properly informed of this right, the withdrawal period can be extended by up to 12 months.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the basic cost of delivery where required by law, after receiving the returned goods or proof of return, subject to any lawful deductions. Consumers are generally required to send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying the trader of withdrawal, and may bear the direct cost of return unless the trader agreed to bear it or failed to inform the consumer of that obligation.
You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
10. Exceptions to withdrawal
The legal right of withdrawal does not apply in every case. Exceptions can include, for example, goods made to order or clearly personalised.
If Soup later sells any made-to-order, customised, or otherwise exempt items, those exceptions should be clearly identified on the relevant product page and at checkout.
11. Returns and non-conforming goods

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Soup or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
