Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, aged, or marked by time, we encourage customers to read descriptions carefully and review all photographs, measurements, and details before purchasing. If you need further information, you are very welcome to get in touch.

Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from Soup online as a consumer within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, please notify us within that period by email at [insert email].

Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us, in the condition in which they were received and with appropriate care and packaging.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal right applies, we will refund the amount paid for the item, and where required, the basic delivery cost, once the item has been returned or proof of return has been provided.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Condition

Many Soup pieces are vintage, antique, reclaimed, or otherwise shaped by age and use. Signs of wear, patina, old repairs, and irregularities are often part of their character and are not considered faults in themselves.

We do our best to describe each item clearly and honestly, and photographs form part of the description.

Damaged or incorrect items
