deliveries + shipping
Every piece travels differently. Because our collection includes one-off objects, aged materials, and pieces of varying scale and fragility, shipping methods and delivery times may vary.
We ship many smaller items domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, fragility, and destination of each piece. Larger furniture, oversized works, or especially delicate objects may require a custom quote or specialist transport.
Where needed, we will contact you after purchase to confirm the most suitable delivery arrangement before dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on the item, destination, and shipping method. Smaller objects can usually be sent more quickly, while larger or more fragile pieces may require additional handling and coordination.
Local collection may be available by appointment for selected items. If you would prefer to collect an item in person, please get in touch.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
condition + delivery issues
Many of our objects are vintage, antique, reclaimed, or otherwise marked by time. Signs of age, wear, patina, repair, and irregularity are often part of their character and should be expected. We do our best to describe condition clearly and honestly, and photographs form part of that description.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will review the issue carefully and do our best to resolve it appropriately.
